.Hi, I’m Neşem (she/her).
My name is pronounced “Neshem”.
Within the first five years of my life, I had already lived in three different countries. Multiculturality has therefor been a challenge and a gift that taught me to search for, define and embrace my own out-of-the-box identity. In other words, my own world.
It taught me to listen to others, analyse behaviour, cultures and their rules and keep learning to communicate efficiently and respectfully.
Each person, each creative project or brand is a “world” : diverse and precious, with the potential of being vibrant (and that’s what the dots on my website symbolise : everything starts with you). Some of them are well inspired and they “shine”. They attract and inspire others in return.
Unfortunately, only some are deeply nurtured, fully empowered. And that’s what brings me in. What drives me every day is getting fascinated by your world, whether you are a person, a team or an organisation, a project owner, or a brand creator. My expertise is to help grow your world’s natural glow, develop its creative expression, help connect it to its truth, to its community, explore the futures it has the power to co-create.
.I have been a creative strategist since 2010, which means I combine the skills of a strategic planner and those of a conceptor

.In 2004, I graduated from Paris 1 Panthéon Sorbonne (Bac + 5 / Masters in Commercial Strategies and Negotiation) and in 2015, I graduated from Serenity Institute Paris as an RNCP certified coach, guiding individuals using cognitive behavioral therapy amongst other approaches and tools
I have led over 500 hours of coaching sessions with clients living throughout the world (France, Spain, USA, Ireland, Japan, Sweden, Denmark, Turkey, Luxembourg, China…). Combining my knowledge as a strategist with my coaching expertise, I developed a new method to map out our personal identities and creative playgrounds.

From “not belonging” to “being Home”
wherever I live and love
I am Turkish and Luxembourgish, born in Virginia USA (fluent in French, English and Turkish). I grew up in Luxembourg, graduated from Paris I – Panthéon Sorbonne (Management & Strategies – SCPN 2004/2009) and started my work life in Paris.
Nowadays, I live in Luxembourg and work all around.

WHAT’S YOUR WORLD LIKE?
I am what I love, you are what you love,
and that’s how we connect and expand
Here is an “amuse-bouche” if you’d like to know a little about me, until we meet in person ; )
I am in love with reading memoirs, watching documentaries and biopics that dive deep into emotional journeys, paths of growth.
Trendwatch (all topics) and non fiction are my fuel (from science, sociology, neurology… to fun TV shows).
I am an amateur podcaster, I love spoken word and poetry, I’m also a doodler, and a sci-fi enthusiast – but rather a utopian who loves exploring future society design than a gloomy dystopian :p – kiddiiiiiing I know dystopia plays an essential role in projection.
But what else can you really expect from someone whose passion and profession is to turn obstacles into creative problem solving?
