.3 steps towards a strong brand identity
You may be launching a new company and needing to define and design its identity, or maybe you need to rebrand to better express who you are, what you stand for, what makes you different. Let’s reveal your world together. I have all the right questions to ask you and your teams, and I’m already excited for the journey we are about to embark on.
.EMPATHY
My first step will be listening to you (and I will keep listening), getting to know you, hear out your goals and wishes. And of course, analyzing everything about your world :
– If you are not yet a brand, then I will need to learn abour the founder’s story, what inspired their/your vision and mission
– If you are an existing brand, I will explore everything there is to study about you (History, company culture, services, clients, anything about you in the news, your content on all your touch points…)
– your market’s trends (how others communicate, what words and designs they use, what content formats, their offers…)
– your target’s evolving habits and expectations (using any documentation you can provide, researching online, connecting with your potential consultancy firm’s data – consumer reports, social listening, SEO or UX insights…)
.DEFINE
Once I have all the information I need, I will cross analyze everything and be able to present to you the key learnings of my audit and if relevant, a SWOT, a brand positioning, a Blue Ocean mapping. Once we agree on the path to follow, I will write the first draft of your brand platform : vision, mission, ambition, key values, unique value proposition, tone of voice….
.IDEATE
Once the brand platform is validated, I will transpose it into a creative brief.
As a creative strategist, I can be the one* to develop alternative storytelling concepts and for each concept a naming, a baseline, a manifesto.
Once you’ll have chosen a concept, I will be able to work with your design teams (or help you find the right designers) to develop your design system (logo, colors, typography, iconography, design rules, mockups…) and produce a brand book.
I can also collaborate with your internal teams or your agency and make sure your visual identity, your content, your online or offline experiences are all coherent with your brand identity and that they embody your creative uniqueness.
*If you already have a creative team, I can also step back and guide them strategically in developing their own alternative branding concepts.

But if you really want your brand to have a heartbeat, to be inspiring, to be something that you (and your teams) will be proud of, the embodiment of your vision, of the value you bring to the world and of your passion…
Then we really need to apply the Worlds. heart x mind approach to this process: take the time and make the space to dig deep into your unique playground and areas of inspiration.
Think culture, think design, think influence and define a language that is both verbally and visually unique to you. Everyone (almost ; )) can design a brand that is “clean” and aligned with the current trends. But together, we can give birth to something powerful, true to you and therefor, unique and timeless.
This level of creative authenticity is what motivates me to do what I do.

Global Health
The challenge :
– Merging two companies into one (Globality and Foyer Global Health), creating a powerful brand to unite their complementary strengths under one roof
– Building a strong strategy to engage BtoC expat audiences and BtoB customers both

An in depth audit phase (interviews with customers and partners, internal workshops, desk research…), followed by close collaboration with marketing, UX and design teams to build a brand platform, design system and editorial strategy + team trainings
